The Statistical Update for the Town has been completed and letters were sent to all property owners who's values changed. The letters did NOT reflect the current use values or any credits or exemptions that are applied prior to your tax bill being sent out. This value only represented the appraised value of the property. To dispute your assessment you may file an abatement after you receive your November/December tax bill but no later than March 1. If you have any questions please contact the Selectmen/Assessor's Office at 603-323-7525 X10.
