The Town of Tamworth Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 8, 2010 no earlier than 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of taking public comment on the proposed Earth Excavation Regulations. For a copy of the proposed regulations, click here.

The TVEC meets monthly at the Town Office 84 Main Street on the 3rd Monday of each month at 7:00 PM
Current membership includes Chair Edward Maduskuie, Vice Chair Sam Sayer, Marletta Maduskuie, Tom Daley, Art Smith, Gerrit Zwart, and Selectmen’s Rep. Willie Farnum
Our mission statement:
Investigate the use of energy in the town. Recommend local steps to save energy and reduce emissions. Promote the use of renewable energy in public buildings, businesses and homes. Reach out to the community through education. Coordinate the creation of a town energy plan.
