Friends of the Town House

The Friends of the Tamworth Town House is a small group of volunteers created in 2018 to assist with the renovations of the Town House.  The Friends worked closely with the Select Board, giving them updates on projects, and met with countless contractors to ensure that the work was completed in a timely manner.  This partnership ensured that the Select Board were able to make informed decisions, and brought the building back to life. The Town House is once again a busy place with meetings, contra dances, craft fairs, exercise and dance classes, baby showers, and birthday parties.
