Help Wanted - Town of Tamworth
The Town of Tamworth, NH (Pop. approx 2,800) is currently accepting applications for a highly motivated individual to be part of our team. We have a part time (24-32 hrs/wk) opening for a Secretary/Assessing Clerk. This individual should have experience in secretarial, accounting, Microsoft Word & Excel, the ability to multitask, work with the public and take minutes at evening meetings.

MV Reg, Dogs, Vital Records & Prop Tax Payments
Residents & non-residents alike can pay for their motor vehicle registrations, register their dogs, request vital records and pay their property taxes online. Access this program from the Town's website of tamworthnh.org then by clicking on the icon on the right side of the screen. Once this icon is selected, the applicant will be brought to another site in which they would select the item that they would like to accomplish. Payments can be made by Master Card, Visa, JCB Bank, and Discover or by utilizing your checking account. Please note: the actual MV registration processing takes 3-5 business days and should not be utilized if too close to the end of the renewal month. The processing time for vital records is also 3-5 business days.
